The X-Ecosystem is the umbrella for the vertical AI products built and iterated under XAI.ma. Rather than betting on one product, the studio engineers reusable capability layers and ships thin, vertical applications on top of them.

The strategy
Each product shares the same backbone: a retrieval layer, a tool-use layer, and an evaluation harness. Building the backbone once and the verticals many times is what makes a 50-product ecosystem affordable.
The evaluation harness matters most. Every vertical product gets a task-specific eval set before it ships — you can't improve what you can't measure, and in AI products what you can't measure tends to hallucinate.
Pattern worth copying
If you're building an AI product line, resist the urge to build one monolithic app. Invest in capability layers (retrieval, tools, evals) and ship thin verticals. That's the entire thesis behind the X-Ecosystem.
