212AY

An AI school and bootcamp in Morocco — live online cohorts for students and professionals, tailor-made corporate training, and 1:1 coaching. The thesis: you learn AI by building real products.

212AY is an AI school and bootcamp based in Morocco. It exists because the market was flooded with two extremes: academic programs heavy on theory and light on tools, and content-mill courses heavy on hype and light on rigor. 212AY sits in between — structured tracks where people learn by shipping.

Problem

Morocco's AI talent pipeline has a gap. Companies need people who can actually deploy models, build RAG pipelines, and run agents in production. Most training available locally either teaches mathematics without engineering or sells "learn AI in 3 days" without any engineering at all. Neither produces someone you can hand a real project.

Approach

Three ways to learn, one principle — build real products:

  • Academy (individuals): live online cohorts that run in sequence, so students progress together and finish with a portfolio of deployed work, not certificates.
  • Business (companies): tailor-made corporate AI training — tracks built around the client's actual stack and use cases, from awareness to hands-on enablement.
  • Coaching (1:1): private sessions for professionals who need to move fast — founders, engineers, and managers with a specific outcome in mind.

The tracks are vertical on purpose: legal, health, real estate, finance, marketing, HR, education, and government each get training grounded in how their field actually uses AI, instead of a generic "intro to machine learning" slide deck.

Key decisions

  • Learn by building. Every cohort ends with a deployed project. If it isn't in production, it doesn't count as learned.
  • Live, not recorded. Cohorts are live and interactive; the format forces the kind of questions that only come from real work.
  • Corporate = outcome. For businesses, the deliverable is a team that can ship, measured on the client's own use cases rather than attendance.

Status

Live and in production. The full funnel — waitlist, cohorts, corporate deals, and the free learning resources used as the top of it — is built to compound like a growth product, not a school brochure.
