I'm an AI strategist and senior tech lead with 15+ years across digital transformation — full-stack engineering, data science, and AI — spanning software engineering and venture leadership. I trained in information systems and business intelligence before moving into machine learning, and I'm now a PhD candidate applying reinforcement learning and game theory to adaptive learning systems at Mohammed V University.

I lead by building with the team, not above it. My squads mix young creatives, developers, and AI engineers — and output is measured the same way a client measures it: did it ship, does it convert, did it grow? Most of my time goes into XAI.ma, the AI consulting studio I co-founded, where I architect RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, and MLOps platforms for clients — alongside a handful of my own products, including JurIA, a legal-research assistant for Moroccan law, and Waraqa, an academic paper-generation studio.

Before the AI work, I ran a full-service digital marketing agency — SEO, SEM, social, and web — and I still ship with that lens on. Every product I build is engineered to be found (SEO/GEO), to grow itself (growth loops), and to look sharp (UI/UX & design): full-stack and SEO for MSLEGY.com, the national AI society website SMIA.ma, and growth platforms like Cardify.ma and Jibly.ma.

I still teach — two AI & data-science modules at UM5 — and I still build community, having founded three networks connecting Moroccan data scientists, researchers, and founders.
